EASTER 2010
It all began when local team Winshill FC kindly donated several football strips from last season. These were duly shipped over to Burundi where they were welcomed by the boys who take great pleasure in wearing and playing in them.

This has been followed by 6 Qualified Football Coaches volunteering to go over to Burundi to lead a Football Academy where they are expecting to train over 100 boys within one week. Who knows, they may even see the next 'Drogba' in action!!

A Unicycle Marathon, Sports Dinner, a Special version of Saturday Night Live and many other events to support the Charity will be announced in the near future - watch this space.

Mickleover Jubilee FC
Not wishing to be left out, Mickleover Jubilee FC donated several of their kits from last season too. It seems we had a local 'derby' match played some 3,000 miles away!!
